-Some recent words from a mother of the bride. It is a wonderful compliment and it’s true. Anybody can shoot a wedding, but can they tell a story?

Every couples story has a beginning, how they met and fell in love.
Who better to tell their story than the couple themselves. Do you remember the first time you saw him? What did you notice? Does she make you a better person? The answers to these questions accompanied with beautiful music and layered over shots of the bridal prep/photo shoot/wedding/reception are what makes a story flow. In fact, whether you book our largest most expensive package or our least expensive package, we will always include your voices overs to complete the story line.

Meet Marc and Carly who by sheer coincidence happened to sit next to each on a 45 minute plane ride from Cincinnati to Chicago.

Our final wedding film of the year had to be one of our favorites. Meet Kris and Allison, who both hit a home runs with their voice overs in this wedding trailer. I have so much love and respect for these two who work in the ICU unit at a local hospital caring for sick children. There was such a wonderful vibe the entire day from not only them, but both sides of families. If fact shortly after they received their trailer they sent us two weddings for 2012 including Kris’ sister Liz. Thanks guys!

We’re searching for an experienced, passionate, creative and talented visual filmmaker who can shoot and edit up to the Lifetime standard.
The ideal candidates would possess his/her own HD camera, editing equipment and carries themselves both in attitude and the way they dress in a way that will honor the dignity of our clients’ event. Demonstrating a knowledge of editing music and visuals coherently is a HUGE plus.

This full time position includes:

  • Potential of earning up to $51,700 annually
  • Benefits (including dental)
  • Car allowance
  • All expense paid destination weddings
  • Profit sharing after the 5th year

    We expect:

  • A GREAT attitude; people who don’t have the “team mentality” should not apply
  • An extremely DILIGENT, hard working person (12-14 hour days happen in the height of the wedding season)
  • Someone who is a true creative mind that thinks outside the box and is willing to share ideas as well as receive creative critiques on their performance (see bullet #1)

    Bonus points for:

  • A person who has owned a business in the last 3-5 years
  • A technical mind
  • A background in music
  • A knowledge of Final Cut Pro, Avid, Adobe After Effects and /or web design

    We’re looking for a true artist who has the ability to capture the Lifetime moment through the lens, someone who is alert to the spontaneous moment that defines a production and brings it alive for the viewer.
