The Lifetime story-”Making mothers cry since 1991″

My name is Matt Pine and I make “chick flicks”. Since 1991, our company has been making wedding films that speak to the heart and let you feel your day all over again. Shots that are 100% natural, not posed, once in-a-lifetime moments. My goal is do give you a masterpiece of the greatest day of your life….well maybe until you have children. Someone once said “Art is the process of recovering the sensation of being alive”. That is my goal, to give you a time machine with both sight and more importantly, sound from this one incredible day. Please look closer at our work and ask yourself a few questions: Do you feel like you know these people? Did we capture their personality? Could you smell the cake?
That’s the Lifetime difference. If you needed at tissue at any point while watching our clips, then please e mail me at matt@lifetime-video.com I’d love to hear your story.

Owner of Lifetime Films
“Making mother cry since 1991″
Lifetime Films is a group of three teams of highly skilled and experienced cinematographers providing bride & grooms and their families and friends with artistic and creative filmed memories of their biggest and most exciting day to date. This is our passion… to take the frenzy and blur of your wedding day and turn it into a cherished piece of art that you’ll actually want to watch over and over. And we’re not the only ones that think that! Not only do our brides rave about our work, but we have been voted “BEST” wedding videographer in Cincinnati an unprecedented three years in a row (2007-2009) by the Knot Magazine! In May 2009 we became the first and only wedding video production company in Cincinnati to have our work featured nationally on TLC.
Click here and just read what some of our past brides are saying about us.

Now, about the three team leaders. Let’s start with Matt Pine, the owner/founder of Lifetime Films and creator of all things Lifetime (the guy on the left in the photo above). He started the company in April 1991, and has been shooting wedding films ever since. He runs the day to day operations of the business and meets regularly with clients and potential clients, in addition to regularly shooting weddings. He also keeps his hands dipped into editing to keep himself fresh and express his creativity. You can see some of his work in our Screening Room (once the page loads, click ‘Screening Room’ in the main navigation). Matt’s fort-ay is working with and recommending some of Cincinnati’s top wedding photographers, but also helping brides and moms with absolutely anything wedding related. Matt says he loves seeing the stress of the day disappear off the bride’s face as she realizes how perfect her day is coming together. “This isn’t a job, it getting to witness and document the greatest day of a young couples lives..is that cool or what? After nearly 20 years I never grow tired of capturing the emotions of the day. Our brides watched their wedding films over and over, it’s like owning a time machine”.

Let’s move on to the other team leaders, Mark Fortner and myself, Dan Shallenberger (pictured left). Mark’s been with Lifetime since 1995 and is practically a legend among his clients. I’ve been with Lifetime Films since 2003 and I’m still working on the whole legendary status thing. Lifetime is a team. Unlike most wedding videographers in town, you get a wealth of creative minds synchronizing the video to match the music to create a beautiful piece of art of your wedding. This is why our work really stands out. It’s more than just throwing clips on a timeline, we paint with video.
